October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is an annual campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer, its impact, and ways of prevention and treatment.

Early detection is very crucial in cancer treatment, and that’s true in the case of breast cancer too. The upcoming Trust-in Run on 20th November is a part of our efforts to spread awareness about breast cancer during this month-long campaign.

We invite each one of you to participate in Trust-in run. Let’s run to raise awareness and rise against cancer!

About our Oncology Department

Our Oncology Department adheres to international and standard guidelines, evidence-based medicine and adopts an integrated cancer care approach. We have a team of highly-qualified and compassionate oncologists, a special team of nurses and paramedical staff who are specially trained to handle cancer patients. Our well-equipped department also has different facilities like biopsy, CT scan, chemotherapy centre, mammography, and other related facilities required in cancer treatment. We offer counselling to families of patients and also provide palliative care treatment.

Our oncology team specialises in Breast Cancer, Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology covering various types of cancer such as Head & Neck, Oral Cancer, Stomach Cancer, Lung Cancer, Thyroid Cancer, Colon Cancer, Kidney Cancer, Rectum Cancer, Uterus & Cervix Cancer, Ovary Cancer, Prostrate Cancer, and Testicular Cancer.

I have fully understood the risk of participating in the event mentioned in this application and I am participating as per my own will.
I am fully aware of the risks involved in participating in this event and i am personally responsible for my well being and safety.
I am aware that training and physical fitness are integral requirements for participating in this event. I hereby state that I am in a good physical shape and have obtained medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner before participating in this event.
For myself/ourselves and our legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all Sponsors of the event, all political entities, authorities and officials, all event officials, Trust-in officials and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from me participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise.
I agree that if I am injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment whatsoever, I will take personal responsibility to take medical advice and treatment and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injury caused or ill health during the run.
In case of any illness or injury caused to me or death suffered by me due to any force majeure event including but not limited to fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any terrorist act, none of the sponsors of the event or any political entity or authorities and officials or any of the event officials or Trust-in officials or any persons or entities associated with the event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me/my representatives;
I understand, agree and irrevocably permit Trust-in to share the information given by me in this application, with all/any entities associated with event, at its own discretion.
I understand, agree and irrevocably permit Trust-in to use my pictures which may be photographed on Event/Race Day, for the sole purpose of promoting future events, at its own discretion.
I shall not hold the organizers and all/any of the event sponsors responsible for any loss.
The Management / Organization has the right to remove me from participation at any time if found that I have has furnished false information.
In case of Fraud or dishonesty in my performance of the participant the management has the right to remove me as a participant.
In case of Failure to follow the rules and regulations of the event, the Management / Organization has the right to remove me as a participant.
I have no entitlement to any compensation for the injury caused during the event from the Management / Organization.
I will not hold the management/organization responsible if the event is postponed/cancelled due to the order of the government/authorities due to any political, social, economic or any other matter over which the management/organization have no control
If the event is postponed / cancelled due to a situation beyond the control of the Organizers, the participant can either participate on the new date.
I understand and completely accept all the Terms & Conditions as stated above from point (1) to (16).
